The Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy will be hosting a hybrid public hearing on H.4144, An Act relative to energy affordability, independence and innovation on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 1:00PM in Hearing Room A-2, at the Massachusetts Statehouse.

Individuals who wish to provide oral testimony both in-person or virtually may pre-register to do so by filling out this form by 3PM on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Once registered, you will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation to join the hearing virtually one day prior if providing oral testimony virtually. Please note there is a time limit of 3 minutes per person for both in-person and virtual testimony.

The deadline to submit written testimony is Wednesday July 2, 2025 at 5PM.
