Individuals who wish to provide oral testimony both in-person or virtually may pre-register to do so by filling out this form by 3PM on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Once registered, you will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation to join the hearing virtually one day prior if providing oral testimony virtually. Please note there is a time limit of 3 minutes per person for both in-person and virtual testimony.
